Refund policy

All sales are final with no credits, refunds or returns. Due to production limitations, we cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

Delivery in Niagara: Your order will be placed on your front porch for contactless delivery, unless otherwise specified. Please bring them inside as soon as possible to avoid animals, theft, and unfavourable weather conditions. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen products once cookies are on your property.

Pick-up in St. Catharines: Orders that aren't picked up will be held for 24 hours, during which time you will need to contact us to reschedule. Rescheduled pick-ups aren't guaranteed and are subject to mutual availability.
